FLOWER COMMITTEE

The Flower Committee coordinates the yearly flower calendar to provide floral decorations for the church sanctuary at regular worship services and on other occasions approved by the committee.  At Christmas and Easter, they use and maintain Poinsettias and Lilies purchased by church members to decorate the sanctuary for the season.  The Flower Committee is also responsible for the ordering of materials and construction of the Advent Wreath to use during that season as well as purchasing the large wreaths for the decoration inside and outside of the church for the Christmas season.  They also clean and maintain the silver altar pieces on the altar table and provide plants for the urns in the breezeway.
