FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee consists of twelve (12) members, and each member serves a three-year term. They meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Responsibilities:
Direct the financial program of the church
Prepare the annual budget (works with various committee chairs on this)
Review monthly financial statements
Evaluate non-budgeted expenditures and then make recommendations to the church
Evaluate funding alternatives to finance projects for the church
