Children's Music

The children's music ministry at First Baptist provides a program of music education, theological training, and worship preparation for children ages two through sixth grade.  We appreciate the contributions our children make to worship, and we often offer them opportunities to lead in worship, either by singing, reading, or playing instruments.  Choir programs offer our children preparation for various components of worship so that they are informed participants in weekly worship, as well as in the seasons of the Christian calendar.

Children's choirs meet on Wednesday afternoons from 5:00-5:45:

Music Friends & Music Makers:  ages 2 - kindergarten, meet in the preschool department, upstairs in the old sanctuary building.

Young Musicians:  1st - 6th grade, meet in the music room, upstairs in the old sanctuary.
