BAPTIST MEN

Our Baptist Men's group has provided help for people in need throughout Mount Airy and Surry County as well as other counties and states, including Mississippi after hurricane Katrina. From building ramps for wheelchair access at residences, rebuilding floor joists and porches, and removing old roofing and applying a new one, to gutting flooded houses to get them ready for rebuilding, these men have worked many hours and days to make other people's lives better. They also work with the North Carolina Baptist Men and Women to prepare and serve meals to people who are victims of natural disasters.
